Rentals do not require capital expenditure budgets. The monthly rental can be structured to fall within the clients monthly budgeted allowance.
OFF BALANCE SHEET:
Rentals are treated as “off balance sheet” items for accounting purposes, the asset as longterm liability related thereto are not reflected.
